MAKE A LITTLE CHANGE IN YOUR AMERICAN DREAM.

The 20th century has defined the superpower as the United States of America, and having an American dream played a vital role in it. Still, recent times have reflected that it is no more exquisite than it was before. The American dream of having an abundance of material goods to be provided equally to the people has backfired. The rise of those shiny Red and yellow signboards of fast-food chains to incite hunger and anxiety has also increased with the size of the waist of an average American, which resulted in putting one out of three Americans at serious health risk. Yes, Health might be the most used word in recent times, but we need to add health equality to the great American dream seriously.

How is it breaking the ‘bank’ of America and the American people?

Well, A simple call for an Ambulance can cost 2600$ in the United States, and more than two-thirds of American people don’t have an emergency budget for a rainy day; the cost of insurance is rising dramatically in current times, making it one of the most expensive health care system on this planet but the economic consequences of the ill-health are far more concerning than it seems to be. According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), time spent seeking medical care can significantly impact overall household income by affecting productivity. In many cases, individuals without adequate insurance coverage have to rely on savings, borrowings, or even the sale of household assets to finance their healthcare needs.

The prevalence of ill-health also has a profound impact on a country’s marketplace. As more individuals are unable to work due to illness, the overall productivity and efficiency of businesses inevitably decline. Since an organization’s productive capacity is significantly influenced by its human capital, widespread ill health can lead to substantial economic losses. Governments are often particularly concerned about the impact of ill-health on their financial expenditures and receipts, as it can strain healthcare resources and reduce tax revenue.

Need to call it out loud and clear.

One of the most common problems American people are facing in recent times is Diabetes. As per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) report, more than 100 million Americans have Diabetes or pre-diabetes. The rise of consumerism and the general dependence on taking away meals have added power to this unwanted devil. It is needless to say, it has played an enormous role in this pandemic, putting American people at high risk, and the United States of America has one of the highest death rates during this pandemic. It is only getting worse with every passing day, but we can still win this battle!

The silent invader(Prediabetes). What exactly is it?

Prediabetes means that your blood glucose levels are higher than average; we can control it before it reaches the level where a person can be declared diabetic.  It would be naive of us to think that if we are young, we can avoid it, but in reality, the majority of people do not even know that they are pre-diabetic, and usually, they get to know when they are diagnosed with diabetes.  As per the CDC report, nearly 1 in 4 four adults living with diabetes – 7.2 million Americans – didn’t know they had the condition.  Only 11.6 percent of adults with prediabetes knew they had it.

You can be at risk for prediabetes if any of the following are true:

You are overweight or obese.

You have a parent, brother, or sister who has diabetes.

You had diabetes during pregnancy (called gestational diabetes).

You have high blood pressure (above 140/90 mm Hg).

You are a woman who has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

The solution is cheap and easy, but?

It is not rocket science to know what to do while dealing with Diabetes or Prediabetes. Everyone will say to eat right and exercise, but Do we do that? Or We have miserably failed by programming ourselves into a habit loop from our childhood. It happens because most people need to understand that it is much more than what we think it is. Education on Diabetes is neglected the most by the people. To solve a problem, we need to understand the issue thoroughly; only then can we acquire the skill to solve the problem.

Navigating the way out to true freedom.

We need to navigate our way by taking a step-by-step approach to reverse diabetes. We can follow a well laid out plan to reverse the Diabties. You can subscribe to an organic program known as ‘Diabetes Freedom‘ which will help you to achieve your targets with simple lifestyle changes. ‘Diabetes freedom’ is designed in such a way that it will help you to embrace your cravings and eventually help you to get rid of them without making you suffer for it.

We can do it through a simple three steps plan; here is a glimpse of it below :

.First, we need to take care of our Pancreas, as the Pancreas is the organ that produces insulin, one of the main hormones that help to regulate blood glucose levels. Here, we need to beat the cravings to stay on track; we need to detox the liver and flush out toxins for increased energy, better digestion, clearer skin, and enhanced memory. We need to design our meals in such a way that they will keep us full and, most importantly, healthy.

Secondly, we need to create a metabolism-boosting blueprint, but what is Metabolism?
In simple words, As per National Health Services (NHS), Metabolism describes all the chemical processes that go on continuously inside your body to keep you alive and your organs functioning normally, such as breathing, repairing cells, and digesting food. When you increase your Metabolism, you can melt deadly white fat and keep diabetes away. Here, we will need to design our workout plan, which will have a direct impact on our rate to increase Metabolism.

And lastly, the most crucial thing which most people should address is to design our meal timing. Having the proper meal at the right time plays quite a vital role in reversing diabetes. We need to develop a schedule of when to eat and which foods will keep our blood sugar levels as stable as we’ve ever had.

The most precious thing we can have for ourselves is to live life with freedom, and for that, we might have to make some sacrifices, but it’s a brainer that it will be full of worth, and so is the ‘Diabetes freedom.’
